Experiential Learning · Mysore

Tell me and I forget. Involve me, and I learn for life.

Mysuru ADDA designs one-day outdoor learning programs, interactive video modules and college workshops that turn ideas into lived experiences — for students from Grade 5 to PUC.

Our learning model

How a Mysuru ADDA day actually works

Every program follows the same quiet rhythm — four stops on one trail, unevenly spaced, the way a real day runs.

  1. 01Stop 01

    Experience

Step into the moment — a river, a fort, a field, a story. Nobody is watching from the sidelines.

the day begins with doing, not explaining

  2. 02Stop 02

    Reflect

Pause together, sitting on the ground. What did you notice? What surprised you? What was hard?

the quietest ten minutes of the day

  3. 03Stop 03

    Conceptualize

Connect the moment to ideas — science, history, civic life — so the experience gets a name.

  4. 04Stop 04

    Apply

Carry it home. Try it in class, in conversation, in the small choices nobody is grading.

this is the stop that lasts

Eight themes, one trail

Every program is built around a single big idea

Why schools trust us

Built with the care a parent would want

We've quietly run programs for schools across Mysore for years. The basics are never an afterthought.

Trained facilitators

Every group is led by educators trained in experiential pedagogy and child safety.

Manipal Hospital on standby

An on-site ambulance and tie-up with Manipal Hospital for every outdoor program.

25–35 students per facilitator

Small enough that no child is a passenger — every voice gets heard and seen.

Language-flexible

Programs run in English and regional languages — Kannada, Hindi, and more on request.
